This guided tour transports you to the 1830s and gives you a glimpse of the splendour of the family apartments and the hidden world of the servants below stairs.
Your journey begins in the grand interiors of the House before climbing the Oak Staircase to explore the private rooms of the 4th Earl Fitzwilliam and his heir, Viscount Milton. From there, we descend to the service wing in Piazza Court – the beating heart of domestic life. Visit the rooms that once held the laundry, learn about the demanding routines of kitchen and house staff, and uncover the realities of working life in a great aristocratic household.
