Step inside our house of memories…
Echoes of the House: Stories in Light and Motion will reimagine Wentworth Woodhouse’s State Rooms as a prism of memories using immersive digital storytelling that blends historic cinematic devices – from zoetropes to magic lanterns – with contemporary art installations.
Journey through a house where memories come alive in light. As you explore, you’ll encounter stories from the past and present, woven together with personal reflections and community voices to reveal the many lives and experiences connected to this place.
These are your stories. Real stories of real people.
