Salary: £50,000 per annum
Contract: 2-years fixed term, full time (37.5 hours per week) or reduced hours considered

We are looking for a proactive Head of Commercial to lead training activity in the next phase of an ambitious growth strategy, driving a bold change in the approach and delivery of commercial operations.
This is a newly created role that will shape and deliver a bold commercial strategy across trading activities, including:
- Hospitality and catering
- Retail
- Weddings, corporate and charity events
- Location hire for film and TV productions

Hours of Work: Flexible – Must be available in peak holiday times
We are hiring an Event Support Assistant to play a crucial role in ensuring the successful setup, delivery, and take-down of a variety of events and activities within the House & Gardens. This position requires strong customer service skills, adaptability, and teamwork to help enhance the overall visitor experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting large events, working and interacting with the public, and will have a flexible and positive attitude with the ability to adapt to different situations.
