A Tale as Old as Time

Throughout our A Tale as Old as Time event, there will be no access to the State Rooms and evening
Light Trail except for event ticket-holders (tickets are available to purchase on the door).

The Gardens, Butler’s Pantry Café and Gift Shop will remain open as usual
(Tuesday to Sunday, 10.00am-4.00pm) for other visitors.

Here at Wentworth Woodhouse, we are working hard to make our visitor experience accessible for all as we develop and regenerate the site.

We have some temporary closures in 2024, as follows:

Tuesday 9th to Sunday 14th January

  • State Rooms, Tours & Gardens – Closed
  • Butler’s Pantry Café and Gift Shop – Open as usual
  • Re-open as normal on Tuesday 16th January, 10.00am-4.00pm
