Due to the installation of our Christmas House & Light Trail, the Gardens will be closed until Tuesday 3rd December. House Only tickets are available here. Our Food Outlets and Gift Shop remain open as usual, 10.00am-4.00pm.

Here at Wentworth Woodhouse, we are working hard to make our visitor experience accessible for all as we develop and regenerate the site.

We are proud to be part of South Yorkshire and want to support our local community by offering free House & Gardens entry to visitors from a different postcode each month!

Our South Yorkshire Sundays take place on the final Sunday of each month, when we will also be running a Second-Hand Book Sale in the Pillared Hall.

There’s no need to book a ticket in advance, just bring along proof of address on the day.

Please note, all adults over the age of 16 are required to show a valid proof of address in order to qualify for the above promotion.

Accessibility

  • Please note, due to the age and nature of the House, there is no disabled access to the upper floors which includes some of the house free-flow visitor route. However, the Gardens are fully accessible.
