This August, we are partnering with Rotherham Hospice to invite you to be a part of a moving and meaningful installation in the beautiful Gardens here at Wentworth Woodhouse. For two weeks, hundreds of steel feathers, manufactured by MTL Advanced, will be installed in our peaceful surroundings as a symbol of loved ones lost, memories made, and wishes remembered, creating a Meadow of Memories.
Supporters will get a chance to dedicate a feather and receive an engraved tag to place on a feather of your choice during the installation. Once the installation comes to an end, the feathers and engraved tags will be available for supporters to take home and cherish.
Supporters are encouraged to make a minimum donation of £40.00 for the feather and engraved tag – this also includes one entry to the installation. For those wanting entry to the installation, tickets are £9.50 for a day’s entry to the Gardens.

The Gardens are fully accessible, as well as the ground floor of the House which includes the location of the Butler’s Pantry Café and Gift Shop.

Any money made from Gardens Admission will be split between Wentworth Woodhouse Preservation Trust and Rotherham Hospice, benefitting both registered charities and ensuring both local organisations can continue to deliver worthwhile services for people in our area.
