Forest Bathing is a practice that involves being immersed in nature, using your senses to re-connect with the world around you and is highly-recommended for reducing stress and improving mental and physical wellbeing.
Under the guidance of Horticultural Therapist and Forest Therapy Practitioner, Caroline Cook, visitors will enjoy guided mindfulness and sensory mindful walking through the Gardens to re-connect with nature. This is a perfect opportunity to slow down, be still and enjoy a moment of calm.
