Spring Half Term

Throughout this break from school, families can enjoy a multitude of activities – try crafting from our Activity Trailer, creating land art, kite crafts, card sculptures or the NEW Garden Trail! Follow the map, learn about our history and discover the exotic animals that used to call Wentworth home. Whether you’re getting creative or simply enjoying the fresh air, there’s something for everyone!

Some activities carry a small additional charge.

Easter Weekend

Friday 18th to Monday 21st April

To complement our upcoming House of Fun season launch, this Easter weekend you’re invited for a Carnival of Creativity! Enjoy nature-based crafting activities with the little ones, the new menagerie animal trail in the Gardens, making land art, Forest School and lots of exciting creative workshops this Easter weekend.

Some activities carry a small additional charge.

Friday 18th to Monday 21st April, Various times from 10.30am

Join our crafty Gardener, Emily, over Easter weekend and learn forest skills and crafting out in the great outdoors! Create your own tree sprite and learn how to dye using natural materials found in the Gardens.

Suitable for children aged 3 and above. Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout.

The Brick People Free-Flow Workshop

Friday 18th & Saturday 19th April, Various Times from 10.00am

During Easter weekend, visitors can expect to see incredible models made from LEGO® bricks around the State Rooms as part of the House of Fun launch. Join the Brick People workshop and try various building and mosaic activities using LEGO® bricks yourself!

This workshop is suitable for all LEGO lovers. Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout.

The Gardens and ground floor here at Wentworth Woodhouse are fully accessible, which includes the location for the crafting sessions, Butler’s Pantry Café and Gift Shop.
