Production Coordinator

Salary | £250-£275 per day (dependent on experience and availability)
Contract | Freelance, fixed-term (3 months)

We are looking for an organised and proactive freelance Production Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of a small in-house volunteer film production team during a period of development and transition.

Working closely with the Digital Lead, the role will help coordinate current productions, improve production organisation and workflows, and support the ongoing development of the team’s production processes.

This role would suit someone who enjoys practical problem-solving, working collaboratively with creative teams and volunteers, and helping small organisations build sustainable ways of working.

Registrar and Exhibitions Manager

Wentworth Woodhouse has been described as the greatest and most challenging historic restoration for a generation. As we approach our 10th anniversary a new role as Registrar and Exhibitions Manager has been created to support the management and delivery of our dynamic programming and historic displays. This will ensure we are able to deliver the ambitions of our Cultural Strategy, published in 2023, and establish Wentworth Woodhouse as a centre for great art and culture in the north of England.

We’re looking for an experienced registrar and exhibitions professional to manage the practical delivery of our temporary exhibitions and cultural events. The post-holder will also manage long-term loans and facilitate displays within the historic interiors of owned and loaned collections. A sound knowledge and demonstratable experience of Registrar practice, collections management and administration, as well as an understanding of the Museum Accreditation scheme are essential. This is a varied and exciting new role as we take Wentworth Woodhouse forward into the next decade.

Marketing Manager

This is a rare opportunity to lead marketing for one of the UK’s most ambitious regeneration projects.

As Marketing Manager at Wentworth Woodhouse, you’ll develop and deliver audience-focused marketing campaigns that grow visitor numbers, increase income and strengthen the profile of this nationally important historic house and site. Working across digital marketing, PR, partnerships, content, brand management and audience development, you’ll play a pivotal role in the next phase of the organisation’s growth.

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded marketer with a proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns, growing audiences and driving measurable results. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and lead a small but ambitious marketing function.
