Perception Busters is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players, we have been able to work with young people to learn film making skills and produce films busting heritage myths. Big House | Short Films is part of the Children’s Capital of Culture festival year and is funded by Children’s Capital of Culture UK shared prosperity funding.

Please note, that due to the age and nature of the House, there is no disabled access to the upper floors, which includes the location for this event. All films will have captions/subtitles, and any interactive experiences will be audio described. We will clearly signpost the content of films and crate a relaxed, welcoming environment for anyone who may benefit from flexibility in seating, lighting, and sound levels.
