Join us this May half term as the Gardens burst into life with a sea of colour – the perfect place to enjoy a picnic in the sun with the whole family. Try the new ‘Little Collectors’ Trail celebrating the launch of Beth
Woolvin’s book, These Are My Rocks, crafts in the Activity Trailer (open daily, 10.30am-3.00pm) or explore the Forest of Bewilderment with plenty of interactive spaces.

These Are My Rocks Workshop

Do you collect anything? Shells? Rocks? Anything peculiar? Join author/illustrator, Beth Woolvin, for an exciting workshop based on her brand-new book, These Are My Rocks, which is all about the joy of collecting things. Enjoy an interactive talk about strange collections and oddities from around the world, a reading from the book and an opportunity to bring a collection of your very own to life!
