Garden Light Trail Closure | Saturday 21st December

Due to the yellow weather warning and high wind forecast, we have made the difficult decision to close the Garden Light Trail on Saturday 21st December to ensure the safety of our team and visitors. The House and food outlets will remain open as usual until 4.00pm.

Here at Wentworth Woodhouse, we are working hard to make our visitor experience accessible for all as we develop and regenerate the site.

In the latest Camellia House update videos, we see the works on the Ionic temple completed and significant progress being made on the Camellia House itself and the new car park. There has been so much work going on that we’ve created a February Update Part 2 video available to watch now on our YouTube channel. This one looks at the work we’ve been doing inside Lady Rockingham’s Tea Room.

Over the coming weeks, the interior fit out of both the Camellia House and Lady Rockingham’s Tea Room will take place. We’ll also be able to do a big reveal on the completed new roof.
