It is with huge sadness that Wentworth Woodhouse has to announce we are not able to deliver the ‘Once Upon a Wentworth Christmas’ event scheduled for 19th – 22nd December.
We have spent months carefully planning to ensure the event would be COVID-19 secure for you and your children. We know families were looking forward to finding Father Christmas and we are so sorry to disappoint them.
If you have ‘Once Upon A Wentworth Christmas’ tickets, please follow the link below and let us know how you would like us to handle your booking.
There are a number of options, including credit notes and refunds, or transferring your booking to an exciting event for families on Easter Saturday and Sunday, April 3rd & 4th, in the gardens at Wentworth Woodhouse – or to the reorganised ‘Once upon a Wentworth Christmas’ event in December 2021.
Unfortunately, we are unable to return booking fees as they have been paid directly to our ticketing and payments providers and we are unable to return this fee. The booking fee therefore, unfortunately, is non-refundable which is stated in our event Terms & Conditions.
At this difficult time, everyone is struggling. As a registered charity, all income raised from tickets for events and house and garden admission is vital to the ongoing regeneration of this internationally significant site. Without your support, this simply would not be possible. We hope you are able to bear this in mind when you let us know which option you would prefer.
